Care of marble countertops. Description

I am looking for some information about what kind of care & maintenance  is needed for white Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops in the kitchen.  I really love the look of Carrera Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) , but am afraid it will become a maintenance nightmare.
